I used to go to a chain, so completely was taken by surprise to receive such a good level of service at Ecovets for Duke’s scale and polish. Very warm and welcoming - not your typical vet experience! Especially considering Duke did a dirty protest in the consult room…

I’ve been coming to Eco vets since my retriever Ruby was a puppy, and changed here from Goddards. The service is wonderful and the staff are friendly and great with her. She was very poorly recently and the level of care and aftercare they provided was impeccable, they kept me updated every step of the way so I was reassured too. Would always recommend them.

Ecovets are amazing! Super helpful with any query or concern. Booking an appointment is really easy and quick, with the help of their lovely staff it gives us so much confidence whenever we need them. Diego is a nervous dog and ecovets are very gentle and considerate of him when anxious. Highly recommend!

I'm forever grateful for the Ecovets team. Their kindness and compassion have made a difficult time clearer and more comfortable for our dog and for our whole family really. Going to the vet for something other than a routine appointment is incredibly difficult. The team's gentle approach has made us and our dog trust them immediately. We've been coming to Eco Vets for a few years now and they've always given our dogs the absolute best care and attention. Not only do they treat our dogs with so much care and love during each appointment, they go above and beyond to check in proactively during any ongoing issues or concerns. They genuinely care and it makes us feel so reassured we're getting the best treatment.

Ecovets is new service for me as I last vet was in the United States. It was easy and quick to get an appointment for them see my two elderly cats. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. Dr. Anna was kind and took the time to explain what was needed, why, my options and cost. She called me with updates. What impressed me the most was just how calm the office was and that it didn't smell like most vet offices I had been to in the states. My cats were really calm, though still not happy to be there, but they were calmer than previous vet visits. I think that is due to the atmosphere and cleanliness. I had to leave my cats in their care for a day (twice) and I felt safe doing so. Highly recommend.

EvoVets have been absolutely incredible with our little puppy, Chutney. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been so kind and caring towards him, which has made a huge difference during what has been a stressful time. Booking an emergency appointment was so easy and stress-free, and we truly felt supported from the very start. Anais has been amazing not only is she fantastic with Chutney, but she was also incredibly helpful with the insurance process, making everything so much easier for us. We’ve also had the pleasure of seeing both Anna and Emma, who are both lovely vets. Chutney has been in their care for issues like gastritis and kennel cough, and despite how poorly he has been, we always felt he was in great hands. We would recommend EvoVets in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the whole team for being so wonderful to our little pup. 💛

Everyone at Ecovets has been fantastic in the 9 months we’ve had our cocker pup. From emergency visits and an operation to standard check ups and vaccinations, there hasn’t been one time when they haven’t all been caring, kind and proactive. I’d highly recommend them to anyone and the VIP Club is worth every penny. Our dog literally drags us in when he knows where he’s going, so it’s a 10/10 from him as well!
