Padraig and the team were so helpful with us and our 2 nervous rescue cats, Flo & Scout for their annual checkups and booster vaccinations. He literally couldn't have done more to be helpful. Special mention to Lottie too who called me on the morning of the appointments when I didn't think I was going to get Flo in the carrier. I should also add how helpful Padraig has been recently helping me with advice for preventative flea treatments too. He always goes above and beyond.

Customers for ten years. We have good vets here over that time but Padraig is 10/10 for kindness, thoroughness and really taking good care. You feel in great hands. Shame about the pricing but that is London.

Very caring and welcoming . Lovely and clean reception area. The vet him self is very attentive and listens to your worries and concerns. Very happy with my vets I have used for years.

Padraig the vet was charming, thorough, professional and explained concisely. He was incredibly kind to my elderly dog! All was good until I paid the bill! 😳

This is a fantastic vet practice. The vets are always so gentle with our rehomed cat. We trust them implicitly. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

It’s lovely to have friendly, efficient vets so local to us. They always strive to give you an appointment as soon as possible which is really appreciated when you have a pet worry. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.

It’s been coming up to 18 months since we were told our cat needed dental treatment. We contacted our insurance who approved the treatment. How ever the staff at the clinic have not filled out the insurance request form after numerous phone calls, emails and in person dialogue. This should have been an easy process, even after assurances they would help, they never did anything or contacted us. Really disappointed.
