DESPICABLE. So disgusted that I'm distraught. -They didn't treat my boy with any respect, instead treating him like an annoyance. -Despite using a scanner they missed an obvious life threatening issue that caused time to be lost and symptoms got worse leading to death. -They knew they had screwed up so in my opinion pushed for euthanasia quickly and attempted to mislead the insurers to cover themselves and this nearly sabotaged the entire claim. -They held the ASHES HOSTAGE and demanded payment up front whilst the claim issues were happening. They then changed their story in order to get paid by the insurers only because I didn't cave in to their pressure. -The vile manager and receptionist were unbelievably rude whilst I was in shock & grief as well. Don't believe all these 5 star reviews, it's easy to get fake bots to right reviews with AI. Look at the 1 star reviews like Angela's from 3 years ago, wish I'd read that before.

Super friendly staff and very experienced vets. Been difficult to find a bunny savvy vet in the past but could not recommend them more. The care they given to my bunnies have been exemplary and the cost has always been extremely affordable, even in emergencies. Thank you Elms Vets for everything

The kindest people and such reasonable prices they don’t take advantage of you like many other vets. So understanding of my position not having any insurance now and they went out of their way to help. 10/10
