Very friendly and efficient. My cat was not frightened as she had been at her previous vet’s, which was a huge relief! I am very happy to have found such a lovely place.

Superb service whilst we were away on holiday and our dog buddy passed away. The vets could not do wrought for us, even getting buddy back home close to where we lived after he had been cremated. Sad but the service needs to be shared.❤️❤️ Thank you everyone.

I visited The Bridge Veterinary Clinic yesterday with my Pomeranian puppy for her second vaccination, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My puppy was a bit nervous at first, but everyone treated her with so much care and gentleness that she quickly relaxed. The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions patiently. It was evident that they genuinely care about animals and love what they do. The clinic was also spotless and well-organized, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of care they provide. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I left feeling reassured and thankful. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.

Wanted to call out Will Franklin and all the staff at Bridge Vets. Will recently removed a mast cell tumour from my beagle Lulu. We could not have been happier with the outcome, from what was a pretty nasty surgery. Really appreciated the calls to check in on her and his explanations of the procedure and outcomes. Many thanks for making this experience palatable!

My girl Betty has been at The Bridge Vets for 11 years, pretty much her whole life. We have had the pleasure of many vets that have been amazing when looking after her health. In particular Lucy, who thought outside the box and spotted a life threatening episode and took her in for surgery straight away, ultimately saving her life. More recently, Betty has an issue with a growth on her middle ear. She has been referred to a fabulous hospital by Hannah who dealt with my filterless old girl wonderfully! But surgery was delayed by 7 days. She was so uncomfortable and hadn’t slept for 24hrs, (neither had I). We went in and were seen by Will. We had never worked with him before and he put Betty at ease by placing her on his lap just stroking her and examining her without her even noticing. Will recommended some medicine and gave her an injection. Since we got home, she has been settled and slept for two hours straight. Hasn’t bothered with her ear once. What a fantastic way to look after my old girl and thank you. All the staff at the Bridge are wonderful and this includes the nurses. I love the fact they know my girl and care about how she feels, (Carra, Emma, thank you) I just hope that the rotation of vets stabilises again and we can reap the benefits as pet owners

Absolutely outstanding. Excellent, really friendly, caring staff. My dog loves them all. Vet listened to my concerns, addressed them, and overall we're both very happy. Well, as happy as can be when going to the vet! Can't recommend them enough.
