You are the BEST team, and vet practice. The care you provide to my dogs (& us when we’re in a flap and worried about them 😂) is second to none 🩷 I cannot thank you enough for the care and compassion your whole team give. You make me and my dogs feel part of your family - THANK YOU for all you do 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾

We have used Ferndown Family Vets for Finley our Staffy puppy since day one and although he hasn’t been easy, these vets have been excellent. Unfortunately, at just 18 months old we had to have Finley put to sleep due to regular neurological/behavioural ‘attacking’ episodes, after exhausting all other options such as various medications and behaviouralists etc. Finely was put to sleep this morning in the garden at our home and we wanted to say a huge thank you to Jordan and Autumn for their work. We were absolutely dreading this morning, but we are so thankful that these two were the ones to come to our home and put Finley to sleep. They were so compassionate, professional and friendly and made his final moments absolutely perfect, for the situation of course. We cannot thank them enough - it was the most beautiful end to his big adventure. Thank you again, we are so appreciative and will not go anywhere else if/when we decide to take on another dog.

We were choosing a vet for our new puppy, Morris the Australian Labradoodle. Having sought a recommendation from a neighbour we made our first vet appointment with Kate Lord at Ferndown Family Vets. Phew! What a great decision, not only stress free for Morris and us but we collectively enjoyed it! Recommended.

Wonderful vets! First encounter was a sad one with my very ill Teddy bear as an emergency on a Saturday morning. Mythen vets was a 10 mile country drive and I'd lost faith in a diagnosis. Teddy had seemingly an invasive disease but undiagnosed. Ferndown Family Vets were fantastic in getting details and agreement for them to put Teddy to sleep. Jordan was so compassionate to both of us. And Teddy left this life peacefully. A month later I took on 15 year plus, Monty from Cats Protection. A big ginger cat. Three years on he enjoys, yes enjoy s his visits to Jordan. The seperate area and cat consultation room with a sofa for both Monty and I to sit on! And plenty of treats! These vets clearly have the animals interests at heart and treat them as their own. Thank you! Monty is now 18 plus.

Decided to join Ferndown Family Vets because of all the great reviews and all I can say is that they absolutely did not disappoint. It was my kittens first vet visit and the entire team made the whole experience so wonderful and welcoming. I am so glad I made the decision to join here! This is her on our drive home 🖤

Stereotypically dogs are supposed to not like the vets, but not mine…I think ferndown family vets is one of his favourite places to visit! He’s always greeted by super friendly staff who give him lots of love & cuddles, then onto kind, super knowledgeable vets who always give him lots of attention & treats whilst examining & looking after him to make him feel at ease. He’s been treated by Kate, Jordan & Aidan all who have looked after him (and me) very well. In comparison to other vets I’ve been to, Ferndown family vets service is above & beyond! Thank you.
