Vets Now Bournemouth provides out-of-hours emergency care through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays. They’re ready and waiting to provide expert, pet emergency care when your regular vet is closed.
Vets Now have been providing expert emergency care to pets across the UK for more than 15 years and on average, they receive more than 400,000 enquiries a year and provide treatment to more than 100,000 pets.
Regardless of which vet your pet is registered with, Vets Now’s services are there when you need them.
If you need help out-of-hours, call your local Vets Now branch and they will provide advice over the phone and advise whether you need to bring your pet into the clinic for immediate treatment.
If you have pet insurance you should also bring your policy details. All or some of the cost of treatment, and any consultation fee, may be reimbursed by your policy.

Reception, nurses and Vets all going out of their way to get our dog Roo over her ongoing issue. A very Caring team at Wimborne and excellent pre and post procedure update calls from Vet Robbie really kept me informed and involved in decision making throughout.

Our lovely dog Bruce came in as an emergency last week but unfortunately didn’t make it. Thank you to everyone involved for being so kind and compassionate. Bruce was always very stressed at the vets but this practice accommodated him for many years to make every visit less stressful - even at the end. I wish you all the very best.

Visited last night for an emergency call for our cat. Emily was just amazing, she was extremely thorough, answered any question we had clearly and with heaps of compassion. Like most people our cat is our whole world and we were worried sick. She put our minds at ease, gave us logical and reasonable next steps. Really cannot recommend her and the other staff enough. We were so impressed we're now registering with them over our usual vet. Thank you so so much.

Great service . Managed to squeeze Heidi in on the only day we could make . Liked the way the staff take their time not only to make Heidi comfortable and relaxed in strange surroundings but also taking time with the owners to answer any questions you have to ask. Spacious reception with good parking.

Thank you so much Lynwood vets you are amazing. My dog Benji got a grass seed up his nose and Lynwood made space in their busy day to see him even though we were on holiday in the area and not a regular client. The vet Emily was amazing, made sure Benji had his procedure straight away and was determined to find the offending grass seed. She made me feel at complete ease and I was confident I had left my precious boy in the best hands. I received a lovely phone call not long after leaving my boy to say ‘we got it’. Emily was determined to help and her expertise paid off. Very very happy customers and an even happier Benji who a day later is back to his happy bubbly self. Highly recommend.
