I was extremely pleased with the wonderful service I received concerning the treatment for my Scottie dog {Mandy} and the overall kindness of the colleagues working at the practice. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice and would return in the event of myself owning another dog sometime in the future. William Keates

Cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. We have 3 dogs, so have visited on several occasions for various issues, big and small. The care and attention lavished on the pets (and owners) is second to none. Any opportunity I have, I sing the praises of Vetsmiths. The receptionists, nurses and vets are all exceptional. The lovely vet, Martha, is currently treating our rescue boy, Hagi, for an infection. He couldn’t be in better hands.

It was my dog’s first visit to Vetsmiths and I was very impressed by the welcome we had on arrival. My dog can be a bit nervous but Keshia was very patient and took time to calm her and gain her confidence. The checkup and vaccination was so easy after that. Thank you all, a very good experience. Brilliant help and service from both receptionist and vet. They fitted us in late on a Friday afternoon and sorted Leo out in one appointment, much to my relief. I thought he was so much worse but the vet was so good explaining almost immediately what she thought it was and dealing with it explaining all along as she went. Feel in safe hand with this practice.

We have been very happy with Vetsmiths’s since we joined the practice last year, but they were really brilliant when our cat, Molly, cut her leg open recently. From the reception staff who fitted us in on a really busy day & took the time to make us coffee, to Rhiannon who triaged a stressed cat so gently & answered our queries on the phone as Molly recovered, to Chris who had to fit in an operation the same day & still explained everything to us in detail, as well as Tara & Keshia who checked & advised on Molly subsequently, everyone was amazing. Very highly recommended.

A vets practice who offer a fantastic service, with a genuine friendly team (receptionist and vet were amazing) who really do care. They offered informative advice and took the time to explain all options. The facilities were impressive and my dogs loved the spacious waiting area with a lovely greeting from the receptionist. I highly recommend Vetsmiths - pop in and take a look, you won’t be disappointed!
