The practice is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with weekday hours from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The practice is closed on Sundays to allow the staff time to rest and recharge for the upcoming week.

The veterinary surgeons’ team is made up of Dr. Melanie Spahn (the Practice Director), Dr. Caitlin Caldwell, Dr. Piotr Dabrowski, Mr. Michael Hicks, and Mrs. Emily McGovern. All the professionals are qualified and licensed to provide expert care to your pet. The nurses’ team, led by Miss Sarah Lamont, are qualified registered veterinary nurses who together with the veterinary surgeon team work closely with you as the pet owner to ensure that your pet is healthy and well taken care of.

In addition, the practice is proud to offer a range of services to their clients, including but not limited to microchipping, pet passports, neutering, dentistry, and vaccinations. The practice maintains its reputation for excellent service by offering consultations to owners from both the city and the surrounding countryside.
