We sadly lost our cocker spaniel last year, David and his team were fantastic giving us time as we said our goodbyes at a time when there was a busy waiting room. After they sent a wonderful card, and then we received our boy back in a beautiful casket. The caring and kindness shown at this difficult time was amazing, thank you. I would recommend this vets for personal service not one of the big money grabbing chains.

We recently moved and following our previous vet retiring we found Green Hollow vets (Shawbury practice) to look after our dog who was suffering a terminal illness, getting an appointment was easy on previous visits and when the time came to say goodbye to our beloved family member after taking a turn for the worse David was able to see us after hours and was kind and compassionate making the whole process as pleasant as possible. When the time is right for us to have another dog we will be sure to use him again. Thank you Green hollow.

We took our African Grey Parrot to have her claws clipped, her beak trimmed and her leg ring removed due it being bend. What a lovely vets. All staff were very helpful and kind. The treatment our parrot had was second to none, so caring. I would recommend them. Thank you to all the staff.
