They really do an excellent job oin looking after your pets needs. You can do tomorrow than have them to do the best care for your pet.

We have been with Border Vets for almost seven years. We take our two bunnies and miniature poodle here and every time the service is exceptional. The team really care and are so friendly and informative. We recently took our poodle for her spay operation. Olivia (the vet nurse) talked me through the whole process and what to expect/do following, and answered all my questions. She treated Ruby like she was her own. The check up appointment was just as thorough, informative and friendly. We would highly recommend Border Vets and their Awesome staff! 💚

Very pleased with our latest appointment with the vets. Our dog is very nervous when it comes to vets but she was given plenty of time and opportunity to stay calm/ relaxed. Everything that we had gone for was explained thoroughly to us plus alternate options should we take them. Absolutely no pressure. Our vet was very professional / pleasant to meet. I like visiting the Border Veterinary Centre. My cat doesn't have any health problems, but I take him each year for his vaccination. The vet is gentle but firm and the cat isn't afraid of her. When I took him home he forgot he'd had an outing and ate his breakfast happily as though nothing had happened. A day like any other! Thanks!

I felt the need to leave feedback after the appalling way I was spoken to at Border Vets today . It is the second time I have had the misfortune of speaking with a specific receptionist . I’m unsure how I stand legally putting her name on a public review but I have reported her twice to the management at the practice . She was unhelpful to the point of rudeness on both occasions . I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and not a valued customer . I contacted the practice with a complaint back in May when the first unpleasant exchange happened and I was assured that the receptionist concerned would be reminded of her commitment to customers . Clearly this has not been done as I had a further unpleasant exchange with her today . I ultimately spoke with a different helpful receptionist and it was only due to her professionalism that saved me from taking my custom to an alternative vet practice .

These vets were very helpful when our Daughter and Son in Laws dog had trouble with hers eye. They treated her with great care and she made a brilliant recovery in a week.

I recently had to have my 20 year old cat, Jinx, put to sleep. A very distressing experience made easier by the kind, caring attitude of everyone at Border vets. They also sent a condolence card, and some "forget me, not" seeds to plant in his memory. Thanks to all.
