Outstanding vet practice, unequalled anywhere. From the initial phone call, to the friendly welcome at the surgery - you really get a feeling of personal customer care. The vet himself, Mr Newbery, is the ultimate professional with an amazing wealth of knowledge over a number of decades, and such a kind demeanour with the animals. I was later speaking with someone in the waiting room, who travels some distance from another county to visit this practice and has done for years. That's the kind of recommendation which speaks volumes.

Fantastic! Always brought my dogs here and they are all fabulous. Top care, and they won't advise something that's not necessary! I have an old staffy and we have had more frequent visits recently and phone calls and I can't thank them enough for there continued support. xXx

Great practice, helped me to register our cat. They were all really friendly and professional. Even told me that my cat was male, not female. This caused a little laughter. I would recommend this practice 11/10 😺😺😺

Wonderful Vet. A very personal and always pleasant caring vet, we have taken our animals to Simon for a number of years and he has always been smashing with us and our pets. The staff are well trained and always helpful and friendly as much with owners and pets. No having to see a different vet each visit. The waiting room is a little small but plenty of seating. Over the years Simon has done surgery on our pets and we fully trust him, we have no worries in recommending this 1st class practice.
