We moved all of our cats to Hollywood Vets and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. A couple of our friends have even transferred their pets there after hearing about our experience. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and genuinely cared for. You never feel rushed and they always take the time to explain things properly. One of our cats has FIV and needed a full dental extraction not long after joining the practice. The team were incredibly thorough and arranged a double consultation to talk through everything with us. It meant we felt completely comfortable going ahead with the surgery, and he came through it without any problems. I will also always be grateful to Colin for something he did for us during Covid. We had to say goodbye to our very placid cat at a time when owners weren’t allowed inside the practice. Colin allowed us to have her put to sleep in the car so she could be with us. That kindness meant the world to us and is something I’ll never forget. They are always wonderful with our cats, their pricing feels fair, and I’ve never once felt pushed into unnecessary treatments like you sometimes can with other vets. I couldn’t recommend Hollywood Vets more highly.

WORSE VETERINARY PRACTICE! STAY AWAY! They accepted us as new patients for our little dog that’s 7 years old. Had a consultation and they recommended to have an investigation including blood tests , x-ray and scans before the surgery my dog needs and I agreed for them to go ahead. Waited for them to call me back fora date and to get this booked in as it’s an urgent matter and they called us to wish us good luck and that we should return to our old vets?! And they will take us on if our dog is well again. Absolutely disgraceful service ! Would not be recommending these vets to anyone! Now my dog has no vets and I have to urgently find a new vet as she would not survive for long without surgery and the care she needs! If you love your pet do not take them to these people!

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.
