Crieff Vets

I was in for an appointment as my dog had developed a limp in her front paw. The vet gave a thorough examination of her leg and could only see a bit of scratched skin between her toes. Some painkiller medicine and she is back to walking normally but limited to short walks for a few days to allow it to heal without much rubbing.

Great practice. All staff are really lovely. The vet I seen really cared and listened to me. She was so friendly to my dog.

The two nurses were, as always, cheerful and positive in welcoming Bella and were very caring and efficient as they treated her. She left very happy having been fussed over and been given yummy gravy bones, and I was happy with the information that I was given.

Was happy for years but unfortunately the service was significantly worse so we were forced to travel further for much improved care and overall experience.

Thank you so much for the care Pablo took over me and Mickey when Mickey had to be put to sleep. He was so kind, gentle and understanding. He is the most compassionate vet I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely awful experience again last night, sadly we had to return, it wasn't a choice we would have made after past experiences. Cannot fault Lucy the vet at all, she was warm, compassionate and professional. The reception staff however, one in particular and the practice manager really need to go on a customer relations course or two. The practice manager completely ignored us and the receptionist was less than welcoming and only got our pets name right on the third attempt once prompted by ourselves. I was asked by text message for a review which I sent. The practice manager called me not long after this went up and basically didn't seem to appreciate my honesty. I'm not sure how someone who cannot accept a few home truths can lead this practice forward in the future and bring it back from the brink of appalling customer care.

Crieff vets care for my 2 cats beautifully...my 7mnth old kitten has just been neutered in the practice and her care was and is impeccable...they are very friendly and helpful and professional...I highly recommend them for your pets care. Also to add I was offered an appointment for my older cat who was injured in a cat fight few days ago and was seen by my vet within a half an hour. Once again my cat received wonderful care and service received was excellent.

We needed urgent care for our beloved Keiko on Sunday evening. Rhona was brilliant as was her colleague who assisted with the sedation of Keiko. We were made to feel at ease and were kept informed of the procedure every step of the way. Our experience of Crieff vets has always been 100% positive. All the staff are amazing 👏 as for Keiko she is now fine
