Lovely staff. The shop has plenty of variety that the staff are more than willing to offer their help, they carry a wide range of pet foods to suit most pets and budgets.

Went in for a flea collar and needed a quick consultation first. The deputy manager ‘Bex’ couldn’t be arsed due to finishing work in 5 minutes… so I went to pets at home and it took all of 2 minutes to buy the collar so she could’ve done it! Won’t bother going here again, will save my time and money for a store that can be bothered actually serving. The lady on the till however was extremely helpful and very polite. Shame her manager is the opposite!

If your in Wrexham and feeding raw do not bother with this store the staff are trying to rip off by changing the offers in store to what they are online. I went in today to be told that the 12 for 10 on raw and simple mince packs had ended and wasn’t available anymore, yet I can still click and collect to the same store for that offer online. Save your money and go to WREX RAW instead

Great prices! With 2 cats we get through food quite quickly and we save an absolute fortune getting our food from here. They even do packs of 24 tinned wet food which lasts us a month easily! If you sign up you also get extra discounts and vouchers to use!
