The vets here are professional, kind and friendly. We saw Sam today and he took his time to put my dog at ease before and during the examination. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to leave a shout out to Ivo. He’s been a brilliant vet and never had any issues under his care with my dogs. They’ve always managed to fit us in at short notice if needed and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Sadly I’ll be moving on from this vets, due to the out of hours service I received at their Shrewsbury branch. However this is no reflection on this branch they’ve always been very good.

Lovely, friendly and caring staff, make you feel welcome and explain simply what your pet needs. They treated my late dog Oscar with so much care, attention and kindness when we had his end of life treatment and explained the whole process to us clearly and sympathetically. Our current puppy Dolly is a bit of a menace and into everything, she recently eat dark chocolate one of the kids had left over from Easter weekend when she managed to get upstairs in their bedroom. The service we received was second to none we were able to take her in immediately and she was treated quickly by the Vet. Her aftercare was explained clearly to us and she was treated so well by the staff. The cost is reasonable too! By far the least expensive vets in the area without cutting down on care.

Honestly cannot recommend this vets enough, we have just transferred after a recommendation. Really easy to use the website to book an appointment, lots of available appointments too ! Easy to find, park and really pleasant staff. The fact there is no charge for a consultation is a game changer and we received a follow up phone call after our cat had had teeth removed under a general anesthetic to check she was ok and everything was going well.

Excellent service all round from Animal Trust Vets Wrexham. Good communication at all times starting with the receptionists and the vet who was very thorough and pleasant , right through to being informed that our dog Betty was ready for collection at the completion of her operation. Also , the follow up phone call the next day from the practice to check that Betty had recovered from her ordeal , was a nice touch .I would fully recommend Animal Trust Vets Wrexham , they are very professional, friendly and communication was excellent.

We moved to The Animal Trust after repeatedly feeling exploited by one of our other local vets. There always seemed to be upselling, hidden charges, and fees that felt excessive. We were recommended The Animal Trust and have now been with them for six months, and we honestly cannot fault them. Their pet plan is excellent value for money, and three of our pets have undergone teeth cleaning procedures with them, all handled professionally and with great care. Every member of staff is kind, compassionate, and it’s very clear that their priority is the pets and their wellbeing—not profit. Highly recommended. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
