I like the reception team, I like the vets but was infuriated at getting a debt letter threatening a claim via email for 2 consulation fees that included an admin fee - when at the time I asked them not to charge an admin fee for them to do a claim for the fees as they had not done so before, they agreed not to charge an admin claim fee, then they omitted to send the claim and their finance officer clearly wasn’t smart enough to work that out for himself, seeing an admin fee there; he had apparently sent me debt letters by snail mail but not by email for said fees, unf I had moved house so I did not get debt letters and they only sent one by email with legal threats. Glad to now be out of area and to have easy acess to other vets.

I trust them implicitly with the welfare of my dog and his life full stop I never have to worry about my gizmo when he is there from the vet to the nurses to reception they care about your furry friend and are fair with pricing in short I trust them (rare) for me 👍🏻

This practice offers excellent service to pet owners. They were fully booked today but I was advised to email a photo of a wound my dog had. The vet analysed the wound and provided advice and the nurse emailed back how to clean and care for my dog. Such efficient and friendly service which I am grateful for. I would highly recommend their practice to others.

I’ve been to many vets over the years, but I’ve never encountered a team as compassionate and thoughtful as this one. From the reception staff to the nurses and vets, every single person has been wonderful. I came to them after a terrible previous experience and they were highly recommended—and I’m truly grateful I listened. Berlioz and I are sincerely thankful to the whole team.

Wonderful vets, so kind and professional. We took our dog because she didn’t feel well and the vet in charge was so efficient and knew how to treat her from the beginning. In just a couple of hours our dog was diagnosed and under treatment. She recovered in no time! A little bit pricey, though, but it was worth.
