As always the ladies on reception are friendly & welcoming. Having separate areas for cats & dogs along with blankets coated in spray to reduce anxiety is really welcome. The place is spotless. We saw the vet Ace recently who was great and explained all. On Thursday 4th June we saw Iryna who was great too and again explained everything in detail while making a fuss of our cat who is normally very timid but warmed to Iryna very quickly. Thank you.

Really very very disappointing. Last twice pre booked appointments been then jumped and delayed whilst we are sat there by supposedly emergency cases only to find the pets walking out ok?? Now pre booked a travel health certificate appointment (2 weeks in advance) only to be told paperwork cannot be issued until day after meaning another 1 hour travel journey back/ forth following appointment to pick up certificate. This is not the Vets it used to be !!!!

The practice and staff are great, however, the cost of pet care is ridiculous. These institutions and organisations who own vet practices are playing on the emotional attachment that people have with their pets and simply ripping them off.

First time visit and it went very well. Easy to park, clean and quiet inside, excellent service and advice from the vet. I even smiled when they pulled my pants down and slapped me with their outrageous bill.

We were seen by Violetta today we have always been at this vets and we wouldn’t trust any other vets all the staff are just amazing and all the vets and all the veterinary nurses just amazing. Our cats are not the best behaved, but she knows what she’s doing this is our cats reaction after the Vet and you get such a friendly response when you walk in and great prices

Another appointment with our two cats seen by vet Violetta. I would never think of taking them to be seen by anyone else. Not only is she wonderfully kind she gives holistic advise which is great to have the option of trying out before having to medicate. Highly recommend Lady Danes ❤️❤️ Bella and Willow love Violetta too.
