Kind, knowledgable & professional - highly recommend the team. Very grateful to Mladen, Jenny, and Kate for their work on my injured horse, and the clear communication not just to me but between each other. Also grateful for the support of their reception team (shout out Nicola) for their coordination, efficiency and kindness.
