OMG Tom and the Team are awesome. I took Mango there a week ago and he was in the worst condition ever and told to expect the worst. One week later Mango is back home and on the road to a full recovery. We are eternally grateful for the love, care , support and treatment they gave Mango. And we couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you xx

My horse recently visited Valley Equine as a referral for surgery. I cannot express how good this practice was - they rang me twice a day to let me know how my horse was doing, as well as additional calls from the surgeon before and after surgery to let me know exactly what was going to happen and how surgery had gone, with post operative management details. My horse can be quite reactive but the environment at the stables was lovely and he took less than minutes to settle. The staff did all they could do ensure that he was happy and comfortable there. The clinic were also very honest with their bills, with final costs coming under what they had quoted! Dr Jessica Kidd performed my horses surgery very successfully and explained the issue, the procedure and the aftercare to me brilliantly, whilst Nina did an excellent job of making sure I was fully informed of how things were going. I thought this practice was extremely competent and focus on needs of both the horse and the owner was exemplary.

Jessica Kidd is particularly talented in lameness resolution where 3 other top sports vets failed to resolve the matter with our high level jumper. Jessica's extreme talent, kindness, care, commitment to go above & beyond combined with her particularly outstanding bedside manner sets her in a league of her own on an International level. We were seriously considering traveling the horse to Europe for his bone scan & resultant treatment to a top clinic in Europe & having made the choice to rather use Jessica in the UK, we could not be more pleased with our decision based on the results Jessica has delivered. Jessica is particularly attentive, really questions everything, listens closely to the horse & discusses thoroughly with the horse's owners. I could not recommend Jessica more strongly. We are so pleased to find such a talented professional in the UK & will certainly consult with her on other performance horses going forward.

Clear unequivocal advice from a very competent and experienced professional. Ollie, thank you and for being there at the end of the phone to guide me. The outcome was not happy but in the horse's best interest. Definitely the' best around here' to quote an earlier review!
