Dr Shipway and Miss Zay are also qualified vet surgeons with the MRCVS qualification. The practice’s veterinary nurses include Miss Helen Cox, who is the Head Nurse, along with Mrs Rachael Bunting, Mrs Leena Hyatt, Miss Kerry Stone, and Miss Annabel Trew.

The veterinary practice offers consultations by appointment only and is open six days a week, including Saturdays. The practice opens at 8:30 a.m. every morning and only closes its doors at 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the practice opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 1:00 p.m. The practice is closed on Sundays.
