This is the best vet’s I have ever used, all of the staff are so caring and considerate. They make both the patient and the people feel comfortable and at ease. I will be eternally grateful for the help we have received with our fur baby. Thank you all again!

I cannot recommend this vets highly enough. I have chinchillas which are exotic enough that it is difficult to fina a vet who is confident in handling them, let alone diagnosing them, but Rebecca is a real expert. She always explains everything to me thoroughly and patiently, and has helped me through some difficult times with my chins. It is always easy to get a same day appointment, the reception team are friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Going regularly for 3 years. Brilliant having a vet on the doorstep who offers such great care. Always responsive to an urgent call and they will always see you straight away. Warm and friendly and they always know my dog even if we pop in to buy something. My dog is always wanting to turn in to the vet because she gets a great big fuss and lots of treats. We've seen Rebecca Costar the most and I thoroughly recommend her care and her dog and people skills 😀

Beaumount Vets on the Botley Rd, are fantastic. If you live near to the practice or further away, it would be worth you travelling a bit further to enjoy the first class service. All of the staff are so very lovely and welcoming. I have been going to them for over 5 years, I took Mandy our beloved Springer Spaniel before she passed. The receptionist Kerry-Anne is the best receptionist I have ever met, she always has a smile and takes time to chat and give my dog a treat, even although she has a busy job. The staff were so kind about Mandy when she reached a old age and got cancer, and even sent a card after she passed. Over a year later and we have adopted Smoke, a black Lab, who has a lot of behavioural problems, which has been a great worry. However the staff are so very knowledgeable and reassuring and give such great advice. Dominica is a pet behaviour specialist, and took some time to show me how to reassure Smoke. All of the Vets and the veterinary nurses are first rate. I would personally recommend the m as they give a personal service, that is of out standing quality and very good value. Image is smoke on the vets scale.

We have been using this practice for more than a decade and, as we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, we have come to know the team very well. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and advice over the years - they are all kind, extremely knowledgeable and take a genuine interest in our pets. Our dogs have both needed surgery and the care and attention they received was fantastic. The fact that the dogs still enjoy going to the vets speaks volumes. We would strongly recommend this practice!
