I've been going to this vets for over a decade and they've always been great. The new vet, Becky I think the receptionist said her name was, was so knowledgeable, kind and gentle, she was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend her enough 🙂

They try their best but today it wasn't good enough. Obviously it's a stressful experience going to the vets in the first place. One doesn't need to be stood there waiting at reception to pay for 10 minutes and then be given attitude from the receptionist. It's not good enough. At this point in time they have not even been paid because I walked out after 10 minutes holding my bank card in my hand like some kind of moron

Didn’t get past the receptionist she had a stinking attitude wasn’t helpful. As a new kitten mum she didn’t make me feel any better when I asked questions she made me feel like awful! Definitely won’t be taking my kitten there.

Had to register recently instead of going miles out of the way to my old one. The experience was great, the Receptionists have been very helpful and kind. The vet was lovely too & the treatment was very affordable. We walked there for our first visit for my boy's annual vaccination back in January. It was very easy to find, from the king street tram stop past the college, over the bridge and through the industrial estate 🐾

All of the staff have always been very helpful and very caring whenever I have needed their help in sorting out my two little boys Baggie and Charlie (both rescue cats) whether it be for simple things like flea and worm treatments to matters of life and death situations. All pricing of treatments very reasonable.
