I had to take our rabbit in as an emergency. We were not registered and they took her in straight away and did everything they could straight away. Unfortunately we lost our pet rabbit but staff were absolutely incredible as i was in a state! We are upset with the loss of our rabbit but the service and care shown by the staff here were second to none. I have now transferred the care of my two dogs to this surgery. We now have all our pets registered here and i am more than happy my dogs will receive the same care!

Our young dog is very scared of the vets and I was worried about her actually being able to have her booster. Emily managed to give her 2 injections after a bit of palaver so very pleased with the service and reception staff

The vets were amazing when our beloved old cat Tilly became ill and we had to have him put to sleep. ❤️ They even sent us a card afterwards. We appreciated their consideration and kindness during a very difficult time.

This vets practice is brilliant 👏 New ownership has made a massive difference this last year or so. All staff, reception, nurses and vets are friendly and helpful. The vets explain everything, so any problems or issues are easy to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice in Haighton Green My 2 nervous dogs are treated calmly and quietly Thank you

Amazing vets. So caring. My cat had to have some teeth out under GA. The way they cared for him while he was there was second to none. Warming his food up ❤️ giving him lots of attention and cuddles. Making sure he was warm. He was so happy being there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything
