I have used these vets so many times . I love the continuity of care that my pets receive . I love the care and compassion shown to both my animals and myself on the very upsetting occasions when i have had to say goodbye. The care and empathy shown by all the staff has been outstanding. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming as well as extremely accommodating. They make the practice feel like a real family .The vets also never do procedures just to make money from you . Highly recommend and would never go anywhere else .

Every vet I have seen here over the last 5-6 years has been fabulous. Kind, caring and thorough, good communication. One of the vet nurses who was in for an appointment with me was also fantastic. Unfortunately the same high praise can’t be awarded to their reception staff, who are generally a bit stroppy and unhelpful. One or two have an appalling attitude problem. If you can tolerate/get through them, then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice but their non-clinical team members really do let the side down.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Louise Adam and Jilly. You saved me a whole bunch of stress. Figuring out what to do about our guineapigs teeth was eating away at me but you guys made everything better. Lovely caring staff, know what they're doing and dont mess around. This vet practice really do, do the best they can for the owners and their beloved pets. The care here is priority and what a relief it was to see that. Bee is completely fine and eating quite happily. She's far more comfortable now. Very impressed that yous carried out her dental so quickly and expertly and with no sedation! Thanks again! You absolute stars! 🥰❤️

We have used Morris and Plumley for many years and genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs and cats. The level of care they provide goes above and beyond every single time, and it’s clear how much they truly care about both the animals and their owners. The whole team — vets, nurses, and admin staff — are kind, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, always making us feel reassured and listened to. Fair pricing, outstanding care, and a practice that treats your pets like family. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough

We allowed our older Labrador to over do it on the first day of her holiday. She chased along Warkworth beach with a gorgeous Golden Doodle as if she was 2 not 11, but was stiff and sore the following evening 😔 Thankfully, when I rung the surgery Louise talked me through obtaining records from our own vet and booked an appointment that afternoon. The friendly vet thoroughly examined Fern (who was already feeling better) and speedily sorted some analgesia. Our home vets have always provided great care, but this practice went above and beyond to look after us all and ensure we could enjoy the remainder of our Northumberland stay. Thank you all! 😊

Morris and Plumley are the very best vets I have ever encountered, from the vaccination for life scheme to the outstanding care, they excel at it all. We were there today and they made such a fuss of our Pekingese. If you move to the Alnwick area, like we did, they offer a no fuss service to get you moved across with your dog or cat. Splendid

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Dom and his fantastic team for their genuine care and thoughtfulness when it came to our dog Heckley.
