Excellent service. We are on holiday in the area when our dog needed additional medication for her allergies. When i called, the receptionist was super friendly and made us an appointment for a consultation. The appointment with the lady vet was very thorough she was so lovely with our girl and prescribed her ear drops, but gave us lots of additional advice about her allergies and suggestions to manage her symptoms. Notes to be forwarded to our vet so we can discuss the additional advice. Thank you so much if we lived nearer we would be changing vets!!

We took Trixie for her first vaccine today! The staff were so friendly and we're so lovely. I highly recommend Robson & Prescott. We will be returning for our kitten's second vaccine and looking forward to seeing everyone again soon 😀

As soon as you walk in the door your greeted by Paula the receptionist the place is immaculately clean stopless when walking into the consultation room the bench is cleaned the vet we saw today had all the time in the world for my dog which has been really poorly she checked him over and over her name was kat excellent service

Brilliant vets with lovely friendly staff. The receptionist, Paula, is so friendly and makes a fuss of any animals we go in with. Our pets love Libby and she’s so calm with our pup and hedgehog. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service is so good and you can see that they genuinely love animals

We are from Sheffield and attended at this vets after we had phoned them asking for assistance. Our Rotti had his yearly vaccination and needed a second one exactly 4 weeks afterwards, but had not explained it us that way. I can say that Robson and Prescott were excellent, they were very friendly and professional, from the reception staff to the vets. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Nice veterinary practice. On holiday from Scotland, my dog wasn’t her usual self. Made an appointment with Robson & Prescott. Vet, Ollie, dealt with my dog, Luna in a friendly and professional way. Pretty impressed. Would recommend.

Professional & Excellent vet care offered. They have taken care of all our family pets, spent time and effort on making them and us feel comfortable, we love that they understand our love and (perhaps!) Over anxiety for their welfare. We have tried a few others, but this vet offers everything we need and like.
