Catriona Gibson has been amazing - we have seen her numerous times between our late dog and cat. She always explained everything and was so caring and considerate. We had to have both sadly put down within a year of each other and we couldn’t have done it without cat she has been amazing and is a credit to the practice. Thanks so much for all your help ❤️

I feel so deeply grateful for the care and support Cat has given to my beloved Maine Coon, Ezra. At only two years old, he sadly won’t have the long life I had always hoped to share with him. This has been an incredibly difficult reality to face, but Cat’s kindness, knowledge, and compassion have made such a difference. She has always taken the time to listen to my thoughts and suggestions, and has looked at the latest research with me to find the best ways to support Ezra’s quality of life. That openness and willingness to walk alongside me in this journey has brought both comfort and reassurance. I know that when the day comes to say a final goodbye to Ezra, Cat and her wonderful team will be there with the same gentle care and understanding that they have shown us throughout. For that, I am profoundly thankful.

Great place to take your cat if they are easily stressed. The practice is small, and you get your own little appointment slot to go into a relaxed atmosphere. The ladies who see to your cat are very knowledgeable, friendly, calm and patient. Highly recommended for any felines in your family

I am a volunteer with a cat rescue charity and we had a call from a lady who had a potential lost/stray cat that had shown up in her garden. Unfortunately she couldn't bring the cat indoors due to having her own cat so purchased an outdoor hut for the cat. Luckily we have a scanner so we drove to the address and the 'stray' was chipped! We noted the details and the lady rang her vets in the hope they could check the details against the database. Unfortunately, the receptionist at this particular vets wouldn't even take the details. 😞 Thankfully, we rang Robson & Prescott out of hours at their Morpeth branch and spoke to a lovely young lady who was on call/receptionist (Sunday 14th Jan - evening), and she was so helpful. Took the details, checked with the database and contacted the owner who contacted us and was able to locate the cat who had wandered 2 streets away.

My puppy was very poorly with sickness and bloody diahorea. It was weekend and she was taken straight into their hospital. Came home fit and well after 2 days. I got phone calls from the nurses to tell me how she was doing. All the staff were really lovely, supportive, caring and helpful when I was panicky. Thank you so much.
