I cannot thank the team enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed during one of the hardest times of our lives. A special thank you to Carolyn, who was incredibly empathetic, kind and understanding throughout. She made us feel genuinely cared for and never rushed us at any stage. Most importantly, she recognised our grief and treated both us and our beloved cat with dignity, respect and compassion. Losing a pet after so many years is heartbreaking, but the support we received made an impossible situation a little easier to bear. Carolyn explained everything clearly, gave us the time we needed, and showed such warmth and kindness throughout the process. We were also deeply touched by the beautiful paw prints, the keepsake fur clipping, and the thoughtful sympathy card. These small gestures meant so much to us and gave us something precious to hold onto during our grief. We were contacted as soon as our angel was ready to come home, which meant a great deal to us. Knowing she was being cared for every step of the way brought us comfort at an incredibly difficult time. We will always be grateful for the kindness shown to our beautiful girl and to our family during her final days. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I’ve been taking my dog to this vet for 2 years. I can’t thank the team enough for the outstanding care they’ve given to my dog Kenny. Every visit is met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The vets and nurses take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure Kenny is comfortable and relaxed, which means the world to me. From routine check-ups to the moments when I’ve been worried, they’ve always gone above and beyond. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat, and Kenny is always in safe, skilled hands. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and wouldn’t trust Kenny with anyone else. Highly recommend!

My cat Hugo absolutely loves his visits to the vets, the staff are all lovely with him, attentive and very professional. All appointments are thorough and I’ve always felt my cats health is in great hands. I’ve always had fantastic customer service by the friendly reception staff, overall I can highly recommended vets 4 pets Morpeth!

The best vets! They were all absolutely amazing with our ivy and everything she went through and made her final moments extra special for her and us and il forever be grateful to you all. They've also been amazing with Chester and daisy too. Lovely team and all so friendly and always make you feel at ease x

My border terrier, Ted undergone cryptorchidism surgery in November. I couldn’t recommend the practice enough. They were so attentive in his recovery and he was being seen atleast once to twice a week to make sure his recovery was going well. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is a bother for them. He is now fully healed. I wouldn’t use another practice. Thank you all x
