I was referred here by my normal vets specifically for emergency diagnostics for my rabbit. I arrived desperate, believing the specialist care we needed was waiting for us. Instead, I was met with an inability to provide the specialist diagnostics I was specifically sent there for. I was explicitly told 'there is no rabbit specialist available over the weekend' - information that should have been communicated before I was told to travel there. What happened next was disgusting. Despite knowing they couldn't provide the specialist treatment needed, they insisted on performing a basic 'health check' simply because 'I was there anyway.' My rabbit had just been examined at her normal vets; she didn't need another basic check, she needed life-saving intervention. This 'exam' lasted less than a minute. For that sixty seconds of redundant handling, they charged me over £50. To take money from a distressed owner for a service that was of no use, while not being able to provide the actual specialist care needed, is exploitative. I was left broken, holding a bill for a 'service' that did nothing but waste my dying rabbit's final moments. Do not trust them to prioritise your pet over their profits.

They are very kind and caring vets. Our little girl has just been spayed and let us stay with here until she was asleep as she was very anxious when they took her brother away. Very clean, brilliant place.

I went here on Thursday with my sick budgie called Becky, The care I received was excellent, everything was explained to me in detail and prices were given before any decisions were made. I was given plenty time to decide what to do, and not once was i rushed into making any decisions. But unfortunately I had to make the decision for her to be put to sleep as this would be the best thing for her. Many thanks to the vet for his help, your help was greatly appreciated.

Robson and Prescott have been my vets for the last 10 years. Between Alnwick as my local vet and Morpeth hospital as my emergency vet. Luckily my girl didn’t need the vets much over the last 10 years, however when she did I never had to wait for an appointment. Unfortunately, my girl developed cancer. She crossed the rainbow bridge over the weekend. Robson and Prescott handled me and my family with so much compassion. From the phone call to tell me euthanasia was the best option then putting Ruby through all sorts of painful surgery. When I arrived at the practice they allowed me to go in with my family and say goodbye to Ruby once I was left with Ruby to hold her the vet explained everything to me and ultimately I authorised the injection. The vet was compassionate and talked to Ruby while I was. Once Ruby had left I was allowed extra time with her. From the receptionist to the vet they were so nice and understanding. I cannot thank them enough for the compassion they showed.

Superb service, friendly staff, lovely premises very relaxing, very happy with the consultations and subsequent minor Op on Hector, (Castration) he has made a great recovery very quickly from his "Little / Big Boy Op" typical Dachsund now just wanting loads of cuddles and Daddy hugs, thank you, R&P,
