I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was brilliant! I also mentioned that my dog is reactive, and the team were incredibly understanding and helpful. They made the whole process completely stress-free, even asking other pet owners to give us a bit of space so I could get him weighed and sort things at reception comfortably—something I really appreciated. The vet was absolutely lovely. She took the time to examine him properly, gave him lots of fuss and attention, and offered really helpful advice and reassurance. She even noticed his paw had started bleeding and cleaned it up straight away, which I’m so grateful for. All the staff were amazing—Atlas even stopped for cuddles from the receptionist, which he loved 😂. The whole experience made me feel so much calmer and more confident about managing a reactive dog. Atlas says thank you so much for all the attention and cuddles! 🐾

I arrived in a state of panic with a new born puppy who was struggling to breathe. The staff and I mean every single person was so kind and calm and reassuring towards me! Kindness is free and I appreciate the warm welcome and such speedy support. Thank you so much! 🐾🖤🦾

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THIS SHAMBLES OF A PLACE. Owner with the frizzy hair needs to go on a customer service course! Vets are absolutely clueless, got a diagnosis and treatment a lot faster AND cheaper at village vets.

Cannot fault this practice. Looked after my guinea pig and when it came to unfortunately having to put him down they were so compassionate, caring and informative. The vet was extremely thorough, talked me through her thought process and was very supportive. The process to collect his ashes was quick and afterwards I received a handwritten card from the team along with a small memorial bag (candle, tissue, chocolate etc). Genuinely surprised me the level of attentiveness and empathy ❤️

Sent my dog home saying she had 3 days left of pregnancy got home 3minutes away and she pushed pup out which got stuck i rang these back and they said by the time they booked her back in it would be closing time and i would have to wait for them to refer me to moorview needless to say pup died and nearly did mam Fast forward a year took my girl in for emergency c section she died on table they then bottle fed a cleft pallet pup saying no obvious sign of cleft so it took a tube feeding specialist to diagnose pup with cleft rush him to her vets where they immediately gave him antibiotics because he had a rattling chest obviously milk aspiration AVOID THESE AT ALL COST They never even had the compassion to get a paw print from my dog when she dies or send me a sympathy card just vile
