I have used Origins often over the last few years, first with my Malaysian Box Turtle and more recently with six bunnies. Five buns were spayed/neutered there (David is soon to be the sixth!) and with the laser treatment and other care of the vets and team, they all recovered very quickly. Recently I took my bunnies Hazel and David for gut stasis and all the team from Rosanna on reception, the nurses (especially Liz) and Sophie and Jenny have been wonderful and so supportive. Jenny and Sophie have followed up with phone calls with loads of advice and support on diet and bonding. All the team are kind and really treat your pets like they are their own. I especially love how much they love rabbits and hearing about Jenny’s own bunnies reassures me that mine are in good hands! Sophie and Liz have taken a lot of time recently to look after David when he developed stasis from eating a paper ball, including allowing an emergency appointment late in the evening. I’ve often recommended Origins for people with reptiles and small furries.

Having taken my rabbit to a well known established vet chain, I felt I was getting nowhere with his constant gi stasis episodes and so sought out an exotic vet. Sophie and her team have been absolutely brilliant. For the first time, I felt like my concerns about my rabbit were being listened to and could see the difference in the way he was being examined and treated. They spent their time with Benny and not rushing through the appointment. Would definitely recommend Origin Vets Clinc.

Took my cat in with a suspected foreign body and was so impressed with the care he received. Sophie had him lying on his back, completely relaxed and enjoying belly rubs by the end of the consultation, which says everything. He had to be admitted for the day, and I left feeling totally confident that he wasn’t just getting excellent medical care, but also plenty of love and fuss. Couldn’t ask for more. 🐾

We were very impressed with Origin vet clinic from the receptionist through to the vet everyone was friendly, our poorly hamster Carol seen vet Jenny who was great with a grumpy just woken up hamster and after examining her gave us antibiotics and painkillers for her. There was no rush Jenny gave us lots of advice and we have already recommend Origin to friends. Carol is much improved. Thank you Origin 😊

This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.

I can’t thank Origin Vets enough for the care they gave Maud, my pet skunk, during her neutering. They were so attentive and gentle, treating her with pure kindness. After pooping a huge worm, the way the vet took her time without force, made me feel so safe. Their calm and caring approach made the entire experience stress-free for both of us. Highly recommend them for any pet! Thank you, Origin Team!
