I left my very local vet because I found them impersonal, unfriendly and really pushy with their services. St David’s is the complete opposite - so friendly and just lovely. When I called to make an appointment, Kylie was so helpful and patient, going above and beyond to squeeze in an appointment for us. Our vet was lovely, had clearly read my dog’s records before our visit and referred to a really old injury and remembered our last visit 8 months ago. So impressed.

It was the first time I had visited the practise with my cat and the staff were all very friendly and helpful with a comfortable waiting area specifically for cats. The vet was very calm with my grumbly cat and gave me great advice. A lovely first visit, one of many to come.😊

I thoroughly recommend St.David's Veterinary practise. All of the staff are kind, understanding and very professional, from the reception staff through the nurses and the vets. I have been a client for decades and have always been confident that they will be able to help me with my animals, whether with routine treatments or in urgent or emergency appointments.

A fantastic surgery. All staff are helpful, knowledgable, kind and caring, treating your pets as if they are their own. We have used this surgery for our pet with ongoing health issues and would not take our fur baby anywhere else.

We had to make the hard decision to put our beautiful old Border collie DYLAN to sleep yesterday (12/06/25) at St Davids vets in Llanishen, the Vet & Nurses involved helped our boy cross the Rainbow Bridge with such dignity & were very thoughtful & understanding - Id like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart, We already miss our DYLAN terribly, but he was 18 and a half and he was starting to suffer, his time had come - WE were lucky to have HIM in our lives, and we were so lucky to spend so many happy years with him, and when the time is right, DYLAN's spirit will direct us to another rescue Border Collie that will need our love - Thank you to the Vets & Nurses in St David's.
