I took my bouncy flatcoat dog for a check-up yesterday. Both receptionist and the vet were extremely friendly and made the experience for the ( very excitable)dog as stress-free as possible. The vet offered useful advice, was very professional and efficient.

All the staff here are so friendly and helpful, we’re always put at ease and feel listened to. The reception staff always seem pleased to see us and are kind and warm with us even when our dogs are behaving less than perfectly. The clinician I have seen has always taken the time to listen to concerns and explain things clearly as well as offer advice.

This particular vets have gone down hill in my opinion due to opening times since covid. I have to call to check they are open. I have started to look around for alternative vets due to the opening times. I would say the vets themselves are fantastic. Today I called and the receptionist was amazing and very helpful.

Brought our bunnies in to have their nails clipped. Even though it was close to closing time, all staff were kind and cheerful. We were directed to a quiet corner to wait, away from anything that might scare the bunnies. Nurse was lovely and very efficient. This was my first visit and I was very happy with the overall experience.

Prompt appointments, great staff. Our dog likes going to the vets! Practice has it's own health scheme for pets which helps spread the cost for boosters, check ups and flea treatment. Check out website for more comprehensive information.

I have been associated with this practice for over thirty years. The primary reason for my confidence in the practice is the calibre of the vets I have encountered. It is essential to me that my pets get the very best treatment available and if that costs a small amount more than the cheapest vets, then so be it. In addition I have found ancillary staff to be pleasant and helpful.
