My border Collie had some traumatic experience with a previous vet causing him to be reactive when it came to being handled, the vet (Erin) at parklands was wonderful. She gave him his vaccinations with the help of some squirt cheese with no problem at all. This was the first time (my dog is five now) that this has happened - and though I am gentle and patient with Blue (dog), I learned a lot just from the interaction. Parklands has always been a lovely place to visit. The staff always make a fuss over blue and he loves the attention, but just wanted to express my gratitude for how Erin, with ease, navigated a my dog's needs.

I visited Parklands the other day, the vet (Kyle) was so patient and kind to my wee dog who really doesn’t like going to the vets! He took his time with her and gave me good advice on how to treat her condition. The lady at reception desk was lovely too. They clearly love animals! I would highly recommend.

My dogs have no issue walking in the door like it’s a day spa compared to other vets where they resist. You can see all the staff take pride in their position and are passionate at what they do. They are caring, acknowledgeable and are take the time to answer all your questions no matter how silly the question may be. Highly recommend Parklands Vets.

First visit yesterday with my new kitten for first vaccinations and health check. The vet was very friendly and so good with my kitten who unfortunately has ear mites so treatment was a little uncomfortable for him. All information was provided and no hidden costs. The information inside the kitten pack is very informative and treats, food and toy inside the kitten pack was a lovely touch. Receptionist was very friendly and approachable - all details thoroughly check and all information provided.

Have used this veterinary practice for at least 8 years now and find the staff very helpful and pleasant. The small animal vets used have always been courteous, knowledgeable and have time to listen and respond to your concerns about your pet. They accept most main brands of pet insurance and will handle claims efficiently taking the task off your shoulders. All in all, first class service. Highly recommended.

We took our very sick dog to several vets who struggled to help our dog buddy due to it being the weekend. His health deteriorated rapidly and I nearly lost him several times that morning trying to find a vet in the mid ulster area. Parklands saved his life. The team including Rachel, Shannon, Clare and Liz were incredible. The level of care and the effort they put in to save our dog was unbelievable. The cost for all tests and overnight care was a fraction of what we paid for a consultancy and bloods in Belfast Vet Now. We have moved our vets to parkland and are here to stay for the foreseeable. Thank you
