The Vets, nurses and receptionists are all amazing my dog actually runs into the building and all the staff know Suzie and make such a fuss of her, any worries or anxiety I have just disappear.

The best vet we've ever had. Very respectful, gentle, knowledgeable and always happy to help, even over the phone. We moved 40 minutes away but still make the trip because no other vet comes close.

Took my mum's dog to Pauline's to have a cancerous mass removed from his gum. Pauline explained in enough detail the operation, what was expected recovery wise and what she achieved in removing the mass. I would definitely recommend Pauline, her caring attitude and ability to perform a complex assessment and treatment for Nemo.

We've known Pauline for over 15 years and have seen her and her colleagues fairly regularly during that time. The kindness, care and skill over the years when looking after our cats - we couldn't have wished for more. Highly recommended.
