We’ve always had amazing service at Paws in the City Ealing. It really feels like a luxury vet experience - professional, caring, organised, and incredibly reassuring every single time. Dr. Emma is our absolute favourite. We’ve been in for procedures including neutering and tooth extractions, and every time we’ve felt completely comfortable and safe leaving our baby in the Paws in the City team's hands. The communication is always timely and clear, the whole team is super professional we feel we can always count on them for advice or support. They never make you feel rushed or dismissed. I truly, truly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that combines expertise with real care and compassion!

I honestly can’t recommend Paws in the city enough. My cat recently had a full mouth extraction, and both surgeries went incredibly well, he is finally clear of calicivirus! What really stood out was how transparent and helpful the whole team was throughout the process. They provided continuous follow-ups and were so quick to reply whenever I reached out for advice or had a concern. It’s rare to find a place that is this responsive and genuinely invested in your pet’s recovery. If you want a team you can actually trust with major care, this is it.

Went in with my dog yesterday as the head of a tick is still inside him, and it is close to his eye. I appreciate the fact that they managed to take us in very soon and gave us an appointment on the day; however, it was not very helpful. We took him in with the tick in a bag so they can have an idea. The vet did not have an idea what it was and had to Google what a tick looks like, which is mind-blowing and funny at the same time. She gave us an antibiotic without any instructions on aftercare. I had to ask at the reception, and they said, "just salt and water". When I asked if they meant saline solution, he laughed. She did not disinfect the area at all; she only looked at it and said, "ohhh". They prescribed us antibiotics and all done, pay £92. I lived with my dog in Italy before, and the vet care there is amazing. I hoped that in the UK it would be the same, but so far, only disappointment. Went to Boots and Pets at Home to get myself what I needed after I spoke with my old vet in Italy.

Our elderly rabbit had to be put to sleep earlier this week. I chose Paws in the City Ealing because they normally see our dogs and I have been happy with the care. Our rabbit was seen at short notice, and we were all treated with great kindness and patience by Ysabelle and the rest of the staff. This made it so much easier. We are very grateful.

Really impressed with the service today, but even more so with the genuine care and attention we received from Paws In The City. We’re currently dog sitting a friend’s husky and needed to be seen straight away. The team were incredibly understanding, made time for us immediately, and were so kind and attentive throughout. It really put us at ease. We feel very lucky to have such a caring and professional service right on our doorstep. Would highly recommend.

After taking our cat, Leo, to the Greenford clinic, we were advised to schedule a dental surgery for him at the Ealing branch. Because the procedure was a complex one, we were referred to Dr. Emma - and we truly cannot express how grateful we are for that. From the very beginning, the entire Paws in the City team made us feel supported. Their communication, organisation, and kindness throughout the process - from scheduling to billing to follow-up care - eased so much of our stress. But our deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Emma. Her expertise is remarkable, but what touched us most was her compassion. She walked us through every step of the procedure with such patience and clarity, making sure we understood what to expect and that we felt comfortable with every decision. She answered all of our questions with genuine care and kept us updated throughout Leo’s surgery, which meant the world to us on such a worrying day. When it was time for Leo to come home, Dr. Emma carefully explained all his medications and aftercare instructions, making sure we felt confident looking after him. She even made sure we had clear guidance for the next day, offering thoughtful advice that helped us feel reassured when follow-up questions came up - something we appreciated more than words can say. Her kindness made a stressful experience feel manageable, and we always felt that Leo was treated as if he were her own. The team continued to be incredibly attentive and gentle when arranging his post-surgery check-ups, making the whole journey smooth and reassuring. We wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a veterinary team that is not only skilled, but truly compassionate. Paws in the City - and especially Dr. Emma - gave our boy exceptional care, and we are endlessly grateful❤️

Quite disappointed to be honest. I had high hope for this place since it's close to my house and has good reviews. However, I don't think the staff here knows how to handle cats properly. I took my cat here for a blood test, but it couldn't be done as the staff here said my cat won't cooperate. My cat has been vaccinated in multiple vet clinics, microchipped, had blood tests, and even travelled across continents on a journey that took over 48hrs. I have NEVER heard from anyone, vet or otherwise, that he's difficult to work with. I took him to another vet later on, which is a 1-hr drive away, and had everything done smoothly. Not even a hiss or a growl. The staff here are nice, I'd give them that, but this is the only vet where my cat allegedly "won't cooperate"

I don’t usually write reviews, but Paws in the City absolutely earned this. Caps had been treated poorly at a local vet in East Sheen and I left feeling pressured and none the wiser. A friend sent me to Paws for a second opinion, and from the first call I felt the difference. The vet took time to listen, reviewed Caps’ history, and explained every step and cost upfront no surprises, no upselling, just options. They were transparent about medication and prescription rules, why checks are needed for safety, and even talked me through choices so I could decide what was best for Caps and my wallet. In the consult they moved slowly and kindly as Caps is a nervous boy and they handled him like their own, with a calm, cat-friendly approach. We left with a clear plan, itemised costs, and a follow-up call the next day to check he was comfortable. Within days Caps was himself again and I finally felt heard and relieved. Five stars for compassion, clarity and proper veterinary care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paws Ealing to anyone who’s lost confidence elsewhere or wants a thoughtful, transparent vet team that truly puts pets first.

I've been so impressed with Paws in the City! Every vet I’ve seen there always takes the time to clearly explain the treatment plan so I understand exactly what’s going on. I’ve found them to be well priced compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. The staff are absolutely lovely and you can tell they genuinely care and are true animal lovers. Thank you for looking after Holly! Highly recommend!
