Excellent and high-quality service. Competent, honest service, very nice service and approach to animals. the doctor stays in touch with you non-stop, tells you step by step what, how, where and when. The doctor is very nice and friendly, she treats the client very well, i.e. the animals and also us.I recommend this clinic because of its competence and the doctor will explain everything and possibly provide options or recommendations, e.g. treatment.

Domenika is always amazing with Tiffy who suffers with occasional bouts of pancreatitis. We have used Domenika as our vet for years. We highly recommend.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this place. With my previous cat, the main vet Dominka was good. However, coming back 5 years later and things have changed. Dominka is still a great vet, I think she is the best part of the this vets. However, the main receptionist Camila is rude, impatient and can be quite condescending in tone. She is curt and not very friendly if in a bad mood - why are you in a people-facing role of you don't like people?! The nurse Ruby is OK but seems very under qualified. My kitten went into her appointment and hissed because he was scared and Ruby freaked out. Um....isn't this your job? She asked me what to do - what the heck! Then my worse experience was when my cat was booked in for an urgent appointment and with notice - that is no call, no email, no text, no fax or ANY type of notice - they closed the surgery down that day. I called and called and called, in the end I got a last minute appointment at the Ealing branch (which is much better imo). I have now switched over. I won't be coming back. They need to work on their customer service, communication and overall operations.

Run as a business to maximise the amount of money they can get out of you. They will charge you excessive amounts for the most basic of procedures and prescribe medicine which is completely unrequired.
