Had appointment with the nicest practitioner today for my 2 cats. Super attentive and took time to ensure they were well checked over. Very gentle and kind 💗

I really recommend this place. The pet plan is great value for money (the parasite tablets alone are worth it) and everyone is very friendly. They take great care of your pet when needed for an operation and keep you informed throughout, as well as welcome any calls if you're worried. The prices are very reasonable and I felt everyone was honest about whether anything was needed or not (they weren't trying to upsell lots of treatments like I have had at other places). They also have given tonnes of advice and really take time with each patient.

Don’t register if you have rabbits, sadly vets just aren’t taught much about them as they’re classed as “exotic”. The vets here are so lovely and If you have a cat or dog, I’d highly recommend. But our bunny with arthritis was on an incorrect dose of pain meds for a whole year (half the correct dose) and went down hill with weight loss and hair pulling due to this. The vet didn’t even know how to take her temperature or know basic information like what urine scald is. Now having seen an experienced rabbit vet she’s on the right dose and doing incredibly well. I wish she hadn’t suffered for a year first when I though we were doing everything right. God forbid an emergency situation like GI stasis had happened, I don’t think they would have had the knowledge to help our bunnies, so just register with an experienced rabbit vet instead.

We Took our poorly 12 year shi tzu to an emergency appointment as we weren’t actually from this area. The staff at reception couldn’t have been kinder The vet we saw was so very compassionate, thorough and professional And although the outcome wasn’t one we wanted, couldn’t fault the practice at all This morning, in the post we had a beautiful sympathy card and seeds to scatter in remembrance of our beautiful Carrie 💔
