We took our dog Ernie to Polden Hills Vet’s after a lump appeared behind his front teeth. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable, and after samples were taken of the lump, and also another lump on his side, we collected him wearing a lovely new blue body suit and took him home. The whole situation was dealt with very compassionately and we felt fully supported and reassured to deal with anything that maybe found. Luckily all was clear but what could have been a stressful situation was made so much better by the service we received. Thank you.

My rescue beagle Maddie has been registered with Polden Hills since her adoption in 2018. She recently required surgery after some worrying test results. Not only Maddie but us as a family were treated with the utmost care. We were kept informed, treated with kindness but most of all, we knew our girl was in safe and loving hands. Thank you Polden Hills….keep up the good work! I would highly recommend this vets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very happy with how the practice were with my little Dolly. Very knowledgeable and caring towards her. I felt as though she was in safe hands when she went in for her operation which is so important to me.

Very caring, helpful, and friendly staff. My dog had an operation this week to remove a lump on her eye, and the service was second to none. I was able to stay with my dog until she was sedated, and as soon as the operation was finished, I was able to be with her. I have never known this being an option at any other vet practice. Fantastic Thank-you

We were recommended the Polden Hills Vet Centre by our neighbours who had their dog put to sleep by them after a short illness. We took our 14 year old Welsh Springer to them as he had suffered a stroke and had to be put to sleep and they were all absolutely wonderful. They showed great respect and kindness to Churchill as well as my husband to whom Churchill had been devoted for all his life. John asked for him to remain in the back of the car to have the injection which they agreed was best and they talked softly and kindly to Churchill, stroking him and giving him so much love and kindness at the end of his wonderful life. It was choking to see. Rosie thoughtfully put a little posy with him as my husband brought him home and we buried him in our orchard. The practice sent us a bereavement card which was so kind and thoughtful and didn't sent the bill for over a month which was incredibly sensitive. We could not have asked for a better service and I am not checking my 3 cats in to be under their care. Thank you so much and we highly recommend you to anyone seeking a wonderful veterinary service, way beyond the norm.

We joined Polden Hills Vets when we moved to Somerset in 2012. We could not have chosen a better one. The Practice is absolutely amazing & the staff are hand on heart, the best ever. They go above & beyond their job as vets. We've dealt with some very difficult times with our 2 gorgeous girls & each time, the love & care they show to not only our girls, but to us too is heart warming.

Took our puppy Loki in for his first jabs after not being able to because of lockdown. They were amazing and got him straight in. Plus a lovely puppy starter pack which he is now obsessed with the toys. Great first vets experience for him especially when he's normally a little timid. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease as I've never dealt with this breed mix.
