What a great and compassionate service they provide. They examined and cremated our Shih tzu after he sadly passed after 16 years. They were not even our vet, who was shut at 09:30 on a Monday morning, and expected you to travel out of town with no address supplied?! Quantock vets were brilliant and very understanding. they even gave us a condolences card. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you so much for what you did for Ozzy and us.

Absolutely shocking vet. Never again. I took my 15.5 year old cat to this vet practice out of hours on Saturday 27th December last year. I knew i wouldn't be bringing him home alive which made the journey down there even worse. The decision to euthanise him was not an easy one. And it just turned into a complete @^&* storm. The vet struggled to find a vein, struggled to find his heart struggled to complete the task and his incompetence was horrific to watch. My poor boy was poked and prodded and jabbed more times than was necessary. The whole procedure was unbelievable to watch. I tried to take the matter to the powers that be but i was told they were unable to dismiss any surgeon only look into the case The vet is by no means safe or competent to qualify as a vet.

Thank you to the whole team for saving the life of our puppy Mabel. Everyone was so kind during such a stressful situation, even though they are not our normal vets. Due to their quick actions she is now back to her normal cheeky self. Can 100% recommend this practice, a great team.

This vet practice has been wonderful with our dog since we moved to Somerset. Since a heart murmur was discovered they have been exceptional. Our Lucy dog is not overly confident with strangers but yesterday skipped in to the waiting room, then went into the consulting room and gave her lovely vet a snuggle! No battling to get her in here - she knows they are caring for her. They are never too busy to give advice over the phone if necessary. The best mix of professional and caring.

The staff are incredible! Mila's vet, Louise is so knowledgeable and was calm and confident around Mila which immediately put me at ease. Louise is so kind and caring, answered all of my many questions and helped quickly come up with a plan for Mila. The rest of the staff we have had the pleasure to meet gave Mila so much fuss and immediately made me feel at home here. I genuinely look forward to any future appointments I will have here. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond any veterinary care I have ever witnessed myself.

Visted with Willow for her annual Vaccinations and Edmunds initial health check. Saw Lewis the Vet, whom was diligent, caring and very receptive to my questions Re Ed's health whom is a 3 year old, re-home from Many tears rescue woof, new to our family. Lewis is an absolute credit to this outstanding vet's practice and hospital. Well done the team at Quantock vets Bridgwater.
