Very efficient and professional service. Rhian Mai Jones took time to explain things in detail. Excellent service, just like old school vets, it felt about caring for the dog, not the commercial aspects as is so common today. Highly recommended!

Very happy with Isle Valley Vets. My dog is very well looked after and cared for there. She can’t wait to get through the door for fuss and treats!

The vets have always dealt with our pets with the utmost care. The vets are thorough, gentle and caring. The veterinary care is extremely expensive with vets demanding payment upfront even when pets insurance can be verified, I imagine this is down to big business rather than the individual vet practices. I still think we would struggle to find better vets.

Idle Valley Vets are always kind and welcoming. They know my pets by their names and their funny little ways and it has helped with their nerves when they have to attend. Happy with all the advice I have been given. Would recommend.

This is the best ever vet practice! They are very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently we were travelling abroad and required all the necessary information to do so. They were so knowledgeable and professional which makes the difference. Pete is in perfect health with great advice from the practice. He has excellent muscle tone, diet, up to date vaccinations, and worming is his nails are healthy and clipped. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

My beautiful little cat Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. I’m heart broken 💔. She was diagnosed with heart disease following a blood clot in November 2021. I initially saw Claire who was absolutely amazing and so caring - I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful vet at such an horrendous time. She also spoke to me on the phone regularly to see how Lola was doing. Yesterday I had to rush Lola in as she was struggling to breathe and had lost the use of her back legs - another blood clot. Although they were busy Rachael saw us very quickly which I was so grateful for. Rachael and Emily were so lovely and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to Lola. Thank you so much for everything you have all done over the past months. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice - always friendly and caring xxx
