Had a vet appointment was 2mins late due to traffic wouldn’t see me extremely bad attitude and very very rude Will not be going back again

Update 23rd January 2025. I really don't know where this companies get such amazing staff from. It seems every time I visit they get better and better. There is always a welcome smile on entering the store even on a wet and windy winters day. Tia, a bright, smiling, enthusiastic young lady looked after me really well and even carried a heavy sack of bird food halfway across the car park to my car for me.. Excellent customer service and really good people skills. Keep up the great work 👍 Michael Update March 2024 So good to see how much this store has improved in the past 12 months. The layout is more interesting the range seemed to have been enlarged. They seem to have kept the prices under control. The one constant point is the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Tia served me today even at 7:30 in the evening she was there behind the counter with a bright happy smiling face. She assisted me in getting the right food for a Chihuahua and even went and fetched a couple fat ball tubs which I had almost forgotten. I can also confirm that she is a dab hand driving a pallet truck. Keep up the good work. Update March 2023 Another excellent visit to this lovely store which has had a bit of a makeover in the past few months. On this visit the staff had to just received the delivery of 12 pallets of merchandise and I have to say that they were on it it with the speed and Efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop team. Martha the Manager was bright and sparkling and and handled my enquiries in a cheerful professional and efficient Manner. One of the team members a young gentleman even went as far as to check the unpacked pallets for one of the items I was hoping to buy top marks for his enthusiasm. I will be back again soon. Update July 2022 Fantastic service from bright, cheerful, knowledgeable staff. Everything I wanted and somethings i didn't even know I wanted. A credit to the 0rganisation Outstanding levels of customer service from knowledgeable, caring and professional staff. I feel confident that I can trust their recommendations and greatly appreciate their " pet centered " ethos. Michael

I came in looking to buy a pair of Dumbo rats. Left the same day with two beautiful boys. All staff have been super helpful even when viewing the boys as someone who's in a wheelchair they catered to my needs. I often enjoy going back in to look for little treats for the boys and have a good chat with the lovely staff.

I went into jolleys today looking to get a cockateil. The assistants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nice clean and tidy shop
