  I recently visited Jollyes Pets and wanted to share what an outstanding experience I had in store. Although I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the member of staff who helped me, her service absolutely deserves recognition. Jollyes already has a huge variety of food, toys, and just about anything you might (or might not!) need for your pet, which can honestly feel a little overwhelming when you’re trying to find something specific. I arrived looking for a particular item and quickly realised I was a bit lost among all the options. Thankfully, this is where the fantastic staff member stepped in. She approached with a friendly attitude and clearly had an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, she took the time to properly understand what I was looking for and what would actually suit my dog. Her recommendations were thoughtful and clearly based on real understanding of pet needs. She helped me pick out the right products and explained exactly why they would be good for my French Bulldog. Thanks to her advice, I left with some great items including dog licki mat yoghurt , daily toothbrush treats, and peanut butter that’s suitable for dogs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure both the owner and the pet are happy with their choices. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. She turned what could have been a confusing shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable experience. My Frenchie will be very happy with his new treats. Thank you!

  Great selection throughout the store, but I focused on the cat section. Lovely service at checkout, explained the Pet Club and how to join. First time visiting here but certainly won’t be the last!

  After a lovely walk in the Forest of Dean we decided to pop into Jollyes for a few treats. £27 later, a big bag full of treats and some pampering by the super friendly & helpful staff and we were heading home with one very happy pooch. A good range of products, especially food and treats, at reasonable prices. Ok you can get some items cheaper at other retailers, but in general and across the board the prices aren't bad. The staff are all pet lovers which made our visit all the more relaxing. Level 10 Google reviewer with over 1,200 reviews with 2 million views plus 14,000 photos with around 60 million views and still going strong 💪. Check out my other reviews 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

  I popped in on the way home after taking my Guinea pig for a check up at the vets. It was a warm day and I didn't want to leave him in the car. I asked if I could bring him in with me, and the gentleman at the door looked at said that it was ok, and admired my Guinea pig, saying that he had some. The lady working there was also very helpful, and she explained where something was. She asked about my Guinea pig and he was georgous. I was so pleased that Jollies is so pet friendly. I think that my very laid back Guinea pig enjoyed his first shopping trip.

  Good range of items. Not too expensive. Pretty much all the basics for small pets are in stock. They certainly carry the biggest range of cat & dog toys in the city. There never seem to be many staff about but the ones I've met are friendly and helpful. Prices are slightly higher than the Internet but lower than the smaller stores. Parking is generally good on weekdays but it can get crowded at weekends.
