Incredible compassion during the darkest of times There are no words to fully describe the heartbreak of saying goodbye to a beloved dog, but the team at Bridgwater Vets for Pets made the most devastating day of my life a peaceful, dignified, and profoundly comforting experience. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff treated us and our beautiful dog with a level of gentleness and respect that I will never forget. They didn't treat us like an appointment on a schedule; they treated us like family. The vet and the nursing team explained everything with absolute clarity and infinite patience, ensuring we felt no rush, no pressure, and no judgment. They created a quiet, safe, and calm environment, allowing us those precious, uninterrupted final moments to say goodbye. The sheer gentleness with which they handled our dog in their final moments was a testament to the genuine love they have for the animals in their care. To everyone at Bridgwater Vets for Pets: thank you. Thank you for your empathy, your professionalism, and your kindness when we needed it most. You helped ease a beloved member of our family out of pain and into peace, and for that, I will be forever grateful. If you love your pets, this is exactly the team you want standing beside you—in the happiest moments, and in the very hardest.

I am always so eternally grateful for this vet practice, especially Johan who is always there for help with our parrots and our rescue parrots. Our dogs have been going here for years I’m so thankful for the staff who actually care about the animals and helping them.

Emergency appointment required for ongoing health problem. Spoke to receptionist Megan who took details and booked us in for appointment tha afternoon. Seen by vets Yvonna and assessm made. Prescribed pain killer for our dog and given relevant advice. Services from both staff was very helpful and friendly. Both professional and courteous in their interaction with me. Have had my 3 cats with them since I've had them, all got their health plan with them, which gives free flea as worm treatment along with a free yearly appointment, staff are friendly, only bad thing to say is that sometimes it can be a while before I can get an appointment and the lift is sometimes out of use and is awkward for someone who needs to use the lift

This vets are excellent.. We would like to thank the team but especially Johan. He is an incrediblely caring vet. We had a difficult few days with our elderly chihuahua who was close to 16. He went into heart failure and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him today. We couldn't have coped without Johan's support.. It's evedent how passionate and caring he is, wanting only the best for our boy. Thank you so very much for helping during these difficult days.
