Taking a nervous cat to a vet is always tough on the owner too, and Priory Preseli make it as unthreatening and helpful as possible. Really appreciate the kindness and care we both receive there!

Excellent Vets, hardly ever had a delayed appointment time. All concerns are carefully explained and our questions fully answered. The ‘Pet’ always top priority and pricing is clear, fair and transparent.

My very nervous, partially disabled, little girl was treated with great care and tenderness during her first visit. A pleasant experience all round...without an 'arm and leg' bill!!

What can we say? The team at Priory Vets Preseli saved our dog's life last week and we are forever grateful to them. Fionn, Jackie, Willow and Becci were all amazing from the moment I phoned at 9am on the Tuesday in a panic because Seamus (my boy, pictured) had started bleeding profusely from his back end. I went straight up to the practice in Crymych where the team sprang in to action, immediately worked on stopping the bleeding and identified that Seamus had suspected babesiosis (a disease spread by ticks) using their on-site blood machine. They phoned daily for updates to see how Seamus was and check that I was managing the (multiple!) medications every day. He was looking much better but then started having seizures after a few days which was terrifying but again, the teams at both the Preseli practice and the Cardigan practice were fantastic. When Seamus had a big seizure in the middle of the night we raced up to Cardigan where Fionn (vet) met us and sat with us and Seamus working out what to do next; we were running out of options. However, with the help of some more drugs and lots of love and TLC, Seamus seems to have turned a corner. No seizures for nearly 48 hours and when I took him for a check up today in Crymych, he immediately put his head in the dustbin to forage for food! It was lovely how excited Jackie, Willow and Fionn were to see Seamus looking much better. Words are not enough to thank the team at Priory Vets Preseli and me, Seamus and the rest of our family will be forever grateful to them. 100% recommend this practice to anybody. They genuinely care about your fur babies and you will never doubt that they are doing the absolute best they can to get your furry family member back to health. Thank you! Diolch yn fawr iawn. Seamus, Philippa & Dan
