Took my cat in today for microchipping and had a great experience! Dr Sam was really kind and did the procedure smoothly, my cat stayed calm the whole time. He also answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

This is a review on the receptionist who took a call from my sister yesterday, who was very anxious because of a cat that she had found, and wanted to find the owner, or to get the cat some help because of the visual state the cat was in, and because of the location the cat was in. I believe the receptionists name was Kathy. I would just like to say, the animosity my sister was met with yesterday and rudeness was both unacceptable, and confusing? I can only guess the call between the owner and Kathy, but whatever, and however Kathy had described my sister’s call with the owner, has only tried to make my sister look bad in some way? Kathy said my sister would get a call from the owner. After 25 mins of waiting for the owner to ring her, my sister took the cat to the vet. Thankfully Kathy had left, and there was a lovely young girl who could see the good deed my sister was trying to do, and was ever so nice. My sister then offers to take the cat to the owner, home safe and sound, because the owner could not get there. When finally getting to the owner, my sister was met with defence? And no thanks at all for the 2 hours she had just spent, trying to help this cat and a heck of a lot of driving (reason for the driving was my sister took the cat to her vets to get the cat checked out and see if he was microchipped etc) to help this cat. There should be more people in the world like my sister, and not be met the way she did. It was completely unprofessional, and unnecessary, by Kathy, to have that attitude, when a clear act of kindness, and good will was being made. Even the other customers said how wonderful my sister was when she took the cat in. Why was it so difficult for Kathy not to behave like this? All I can say is the reason why my sister was met the way she was with the owner was because of the way Kathy painted my sister, and i’m sorry, I won’t have anyone say anything about her like that. I am sorry to say, and I do not like leaving reviews that are negative, but I think in this instance it is only right and fair I do. I think Kathy needs some customer service refresher lessons, or, at least how to take calls in a basic, polite, and professional manor. As to not cause any more unnecessary upset in the future.

Very honest assessment of my cat's (Binksy's) health problems. All of the staff were helpful, and although it is difficult to have your cat put to sleep, they were very compassionate about it. They understand how important pets are to their owners.
