I’m quite new to Riverside Vets, having moved here after some poor experiences elsewhere, and they have been a complete breath of fresh air. My dog has had a few appointments now, and the care has been consistently phenomenal. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and you can truly see how much they love the animals they treat. They are fantastic at communicating, offering great advice, and making sure I know exactly what to do at home for aftercare. I just wish I had found them sooner! Thank you to the whole Riverside team, I can't recommend you enough.

For over 23 years, I have trusted this independent veterinary practice with my dogs, and I would never go anywhere else. Through every stage of life — the joyful moments and the heartbreaking ones — they have consistently shown that their priority is care, compassion, and integrity, never money. They are not part of a chain, and that independence truly shows in the way they treat both animals and owners — with time, patience, and genuine heart. I travel out of my way to see them, and I would gladly travel 100 miles if I had to. That’s how much faith and gratitude I have for this exceptional practice

After being recommend by another Frenchie owner I can honestly say that Riverside Vets are the best veterinary practice I’ve dealt with. All the staff members work as a Team. They care about the animals they treat, they care about you.

I cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary clinic, especially an incredible vet called Heidi. They have always gone above and beyond for my dogs and although sadly I will no longer need them, I couldn't have asked for better care. You are heard, supported and treated as a person not just a customer. The ladies on reception are always so quick to assist you and they are never not smiling. Thank you so much for everything and if I decide to welcome another furry addition to my family in the future then I will certainly be putting their health and wellbeing in the hands of Riverside Vets again.

Very helpful and professional , lesser spotted woodpecker was injured in my garden. So we took it to the vets for help . They took the bird without hesitation and cared for it which me and my granddaughter were very grateful

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Heidi was the vet and she treated us and Ivy (dog) with so much compassion and love. Thank you. Also received a beautiful card and paw prints in the post this morning. So thoughtful and much appreciated.
