Moved from a different vets out of area to recommended Rowen House. A difference from the start, from the decor to different cute sections for cats and dogs. The reception staff are so accommodating. The vet, a gentleman is fantastic with my fur babies and treats them compassionately, kindly, gently and also engages with their mums too. Great interpersonal skills and morale. I found out today, that they send out my flea and worm treatments from the health pet club- this is a huge help to me immensely as I work in the NHS and can't get to the vets to pick up their treatments. I totally recommend Rowan House Vets. I have seen a huge difference in the care here, especially from another vets. I am glad that Polly & Patch are here. I have trust in them. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

I can’t praise Rowan House Vets highly enough, the love and care they’ve shown our Chocolate Labrador Max is amazing nothing is ever too much trouble. Max is a bit of star there as he’s got up to a lot of trouble but he’s so well looked after by everyone, he’s had several serious operations but the team do everything they possibly can to reassure you and you’re kept well informed every step of the way and you get 1st class aftercare. All the team are so very welcoming, Max gets lots of cuddles from everyone but especially from Sophie and Grace. Thank you all so much for all your help and expertise and especially the tea and sympathy we got for this latest episode with our boy.

Very pleased with the care & experience we've received from Rowan House Vets. Everyone including the reception staff, nurses & vets have been extremly welcoming and have recently gone above & beyond what I'd have expected. We moved here from another local vet looking for a "second opinion" in December and now I've been left dissapointed that we didn't start here from Day 1! Thank you for everything you've done.

Everyone at Rowan House Vets are wonderful. Kind, thoughtful and accommodating. I’ve had superb empathy when I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old dog and fantastic help when my 8 week old puppy ate a highly poisonous mushroom - and everything in between. Thank you!
