Friendly and professional nurse couldn’t fault her handling of my nervous little cavapoo and her help with a problem that I had with my Smart trace micro chip on my other dog.

Receptionist completely forgot to give us the papers to sign but instead spent the whole time on the phone gossiping about the unfairness of the practice. Utterly unprofessional considering the pet gets very nervous and they were completely aware of it!! Vets are really good though

I've been with the group for over 40 years but this was the first time I'd been to Wymondham. My labrador, Chloe, hurt her leg yesterday afternoon and no vet was available in Brooke, Long Stratton or Norwich, so Wymondham fitted her in late in the day and looked after her very well. Chloe is a good judge and she loved everyone there.

Extremely disappointed with this practice. I had a recent recurrent issue with my elderly dog to which I was told that the medication that helped sort the issue last time couldn't be given as I had no urine sample with me, although one wasn't requested over the phone. The compassion and bedside manner from the Vet who attended the appointment was quite frankly disgusting. The comment was made that "the last few years of all old dogs, are always rubbish", was thoughtless and delivered without sensitivity. I have never been in a consulting room and felt so overpowered by not being able to get a word in edgeways either. So all in all I was sent away with nothing to help our much love dog struggling. I had used Chapelfield for all my Equines for some years when Wherry Vets transferred all their clients over to them, due to them changing to small pets only. I was with Chapelfield for a number of years but their ever hiking charges was getting ridiculous so I moved them to a new equine vet practice who I am saving a high amount of money with. So hence I have now removed myself from their books completely as have my family members. 8 Dogs in total. Although I have no doubt this is just a few small fish in a very large pond to them!!

Best experience with cat pyometra surgery. All of the nurses were so sweet and caring towards us and our cat. Especially Dr Victoria, she performed a perfect surgery and saved our cat. Thank you sincerely from us all.

Poor Winnie had a run in with a wasp. I called the vets when her faced had nearly doubled in size. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me in right away. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and super helpful when asking any questions.

I went to the vet yesterday and was absolutely delighted! Angelina is so lovely, and I really appreciated being able to speak with her in our own language too. It made such a difference for a first visit, which involves lots of questions, it was a real relief to check with her everything clearly! The place is very welcoming and full of friendly, attentive professionals. My little girl was truly spoiled by the rest of the team, who were waiting for us to finish our appointment, they were excited to meet her and shower her with cuddles! Highly recommended!

All staff very helpful and efficient. Whenever I have telephoned to make appointments, they are friendly, sympathetic and helpful and always polite, and endeavour to give options for the best outcome for me, when appropriate. The surgery reception area is very spacious so animals are separated from each other and there is a screened off area as well for nervous and/or noisy pets. It is thoroughly clean and hygienic. The whole atmosphere when I’ve been to the surgery is friendly, calm and efficient and there is an obvious caring attitude for the animals and their owners from all the staff.
