Recently registered as a new client, made to feel very welcome. My dog needed an appointment which was promptly given. Thorough examination given with detailed explanation, medication issued. Very happy after my first visit, friendly and professional.

Over the years we have always been to taverham vets. They have always treated our pets with excellent care and kindness and I feel I can always get help and advice when need.

Changed to taverham vets, due to unavailability of the one I was using. Their surgery used be my drs many years ago. Inside layout was the same. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Didn't pressure me for follow up appointment. Vet was very helpful, friendly listening to everything I was saying. Cat was weighed. He wasn't bothered about his weight.. unlike previous vets who made me feel bad & wanted put him on stricter diet, using the foids they sell. This vet agreed with what I was doing. No unnecessary medication...unlike previous. So glad made the change. Friendly staff great availability.

I took my cat to this vets due to extreme recent weight loss. Fiona, the vet we saw, was so kind, caring, compassionate and thorough, keeping me updated throughout. She seems to really care about the outcome for my cat and has gone out of her way to try to help to find out what is wrong so we can treat it. Sometimes I feel vetinery practice, not specifically Taverham vets as I've been to a few surgeries in the past, seems like a money making business although this time I really feel like the well-being of my pet was at the very heart of everything

Taken my dog for check up as limping and crying in pain,dealt with in the upmost professional manner, very friendly and helpful all explained of their findings, poor Jesse's got arthritis in both her front legs ,outstanding as always many thanks Jayne Keep up your amazing work xxxx

My dog was bleeding after being bitten and I rang here as our emergency vet was 40 min away, after agreeing to see him was phoned back and told I would have to take him to the vet 40 Min away and they wouldn't see him because he was registered with them, other vets registered him over the phone and were happy to treat him! Awful when your dog has been bitten and is bleeding to be told he won't be seen
