Vets for Pets - Norwich Longwater

I have used this vets for 8 years for my 2 dogs and always very happy with the service I receive. The vets are knowledgeable and friendly and always take the time to explain things. Sally and her team of receptionists are brilliant, always spot on with making appointments, answering questions and advice and helping with insurance questions. Thank you! 😊

Marios Hadjiantoniou is honestly the best vet I have ever met. Vets4Pets are very lucky to have such a wonderful vet and so are the lovely people of Norwich. We had a poorly German Shepherd and we were very frantic. Marios was kind, gentle and let us get all our worries off our chest. He made us feel completely heard. Doggo is an anxious big dog and he handled her anxiety brilliantly, making the whole experience much less stressful for her and for us. His communication skills are wonderful and he combines clinical expertise with a thoughtful way of involving us, with effortless grace. He explained all the blood results and all the different treatment options with clear prices, so we felt really involved in the decision-making process -which was very much appreciated and rare to find. We felt confident about what the next steps would be if things changed. Doggo is also feeling alot better which is good news. Thank you again Dr Marios. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I love this vets. The reception staff are amazing and so nice. The nurses are brilliant and the vets are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go above and beyond to help any animal like they did mine. Best practice around.

I've been using this vet surgery for my dogs for well over 10 years. They are friendly, efficient and caring - both to the pet and owner. They've made challenging times as easy as possible and treatment has been excellent, taking care of everything for me. I can't praise them enough.

Been a client at Vets4Pets Longwater for almost 6 years and they are absolutely amazing! As we have several dogs, the majority of the team there have gotten to know us quite well and to us they’re our friends now. Always so friendly and caring. When we have had to say goodbye to a few of our older dogs they have been so incredibly kind with lots of hugs for us. The veterinary team were able to come out to our home each time that we had to sadly say goodbye to some of our old dogs and their compassion was beyond what we could of hoped for. They made those heartbreaking times more bearable. Never had an issue getting an appointment and highly recommend them. An amazing team who all care so much about our pets and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Receptionist staff have been really warm, and welcoming to me personally and always have a nice ‘chitchat’ whilst waiting. Been a few times in the past 2 months with my cats, and have to say every experience has been a lovely one. I have seen 3 separate vets on different occasions and they were really kind, and thorough. All reception staff I have come across have been really accommodating but one in particular, I believe her name is Georgia, is really helpful, and so kind. Really happy with my experiences here so far, and hope it stays like this 🤞🏽

My little RSPCA rescue had to go in to be spayed here three weeks ago. All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful, but I can't thank Angela enough for the whole process and her help in the few days after Nelly's op when she was really poorly. Nelly has now totally recovered. Thank you.

Absolutely appalled, after a good relationship being the “go to vet’s” I've sadly recommended, very rude and obnoxious receptionist, and same sort of attitude from the vet when he discovered we’ve taking our custom else where. Rest Assured, those recommendations have been corrected. I recognise this may be an isolated incident but i can not reward such disgusting lack of manners or compassion with repeat custom.
